我們送貨上門服務覆蓋全香港，以下地點需要額外配送時間：
• 香港偏遠地區、離島（長洲、南丫島、坪洲等）、馬灣、大嶼山、機場禁區。
2 超過1500個提貨點取貨
系統會根據產品的體積，計算該訂單是否適用於提貨點取貨。提貨點包括：智能櫃（順便智能櫃、LockerLife智能櫃、Alfred智能櫃、Pakpobox智能櫃）、順豐服務中心、便利店（OK、7-11、Vango、Shell）。
提貨點自取程序：
• 取貨地點於結帳頁面顯示
• 包裹到達提貨點後，顧客會收到由系統發出的SMS短訊，請按指示到所選地點收件
• 貨物到抵智能櫃後48小時如仍未取件，派件員會隨時回收貨品
• 如訂單金額少於HK$400，選擇提貨點自取服務需支付運費
